Once a network route is proposed, ITC’s Field Data Collection Team (FDT) utilizes geospatial technology to collect accurate and standardized field measurements (longitudinal, horizontal and offsets) to present to our design team. To gather the data in the most efficient manner, we use a variety of cutting-edge methods including handheld, photogrammetry, and mobile LiDAR technologies.
