ITC Service Group Acquisition LLC, a leading provider of services for the design, construction, installation and maintenance of voice, data and video networks nationwide, today announced that Seneca Mullins has been named President, reporting to AFL President and Chief Executive Officer Jody Gallagher. Jim Rush, Mullins’ predecessor, has accepted a new role as Strategic Advisor to AFL, majority owner of ITC.
Mullins has more than 15 years of senior management experience, including more than a decade of strategic development and plan execution for multiple AFL operating units, including their Enterprise, OTS, and Beam divisions. Prior to that, Mullins served AFL in a variety of financial and operational roles.
“Seneca is the right leader for ITC,” said Gallagher. “His extensive telecommunications background and leadership skills will strengthen ITC’s client partnerships, further strategic alliances and expand our sales footprint in the U.S. We believe his strong financial experience will take ITC to the next level in its 22-year evolution.”
“I am honored to lead the ITC team,” said Seneca Mullins. “I believe ITC has a proven yet agile business model and talented management team that perfectly positions us to capitalize on the changing telecommunications environment. As our clients face unprecedented growth, restructuring, consolidation and technology migrations, ITC will continue to be the go-to, cost-effective provider of a timely suite of quality services carriers need to efficiently manage their networks and maximize their budgets.”
