PERSONNEL SERVICE AGREEMENT
Once we have defined the requirements of your workforce needs, ITC will present our standard Personnel Services Agreement (PSA). This agreement will outline the terms and conditions of our business relationship. The PSA covers the services we provide, the responsibilities of each party, the compensation structures, the term of the agreement, insurance requirements, and other contractual information.
