Meet our Veterans

Our Commitment
At ITC, an AFL company, we honor those who served, and those who still serve today. We sponsor employee initiatives, and champion business practices that support the veteran community. Today, nearly 40 veterans with a combined 269 years of service to their country call ITC home. We also employ and support currently serving Guard and Reserve members as well as military spouses. And while our program is new, we are actively investigating opportunities which include the pursuit of an official designation as “military friendly” by Military Times, job skills enhancement and new veteran-friendly benefits for our veteran employees.

Veteran-Friendly
In 2021, under new executive leadership, ITC has embarked on a “veteran friendly” mission to take deliberate action to recruit, hire, train, and retain military personnel or veterans. Veteran hiring preference, military skills translation, and flexible work schedules to accommodate training and deployments are among a few of the steps we take to assist current or former service members. Being veteran friendly is a journey we pursue to continually adapt to meet the needs of those in or once in uniform.
